I'm currently in the process of making bagels. So far, I'm not sure how they're going to turn out. The dough is really tough, but I was a little unsure of their results from the beginning. My yeast wasn't bubbling like it was supposed to. Oh well. Practice makes perfect, unless these turn out perfect...which I doubt. I'll know the results in about 2 hours. Still waiting for it to rise, then I've got the baking time and all that fun stuff.
